Man jailed for setting light to flats in Norwich
Donald Phillips, 21, doused a wall in petrol before setting light to the block near his home in William Mear Gardens near Pilling Park.
The court heard that Phillips has previous convictions for assault, dishonesty, battery and one minor arson offence. He admitted arson which recklessly endangered lives.

He said: "He had thrown bricks at the window and was standing outside with a baseball bat. He went to his flat and collected a bottle of petrol, threw it at Basket Pumas the wall and set fire to it.
"The occupants had been due in court for an offence of aggravated burglary against him."

Jailing him, Judge Alasdair Darroch said: "Absolutely nothing justifies an attack on a building using petrol and a lighter.
"It does not matter how much you have been oppressed or bullied by somebody else. When you do something like this you endanger the lives of innocent people."
