Capsule-RMS

Capsule-RMS is our flagship reader management system, which is used to process Controlled and Paid Subscription circulations. All functionality is contained within the software to perform all of the tasks in managing a circulation from renewals, issue selections, direct mail counts and output, and full audit capabilities and conformaties.

Capsule-SMS

Capsule-SMS is our Sales & Marketing solution for the sale of advertising space, and includes reporting functionality to analyse the sales, revenue and interest in the published magazine.

Capsule-DMS

Capsule-DMS contains the counting functionality of the RMS system allowing your organisation to perform real-time counts of data available on the system without risking the security of your data.

Capsule-EMB

Capsule-EMB allows for personal emails to be sent to contacts on the database for third party organisations. This software automatically adds the relevant texts and links to conform to European data protection and privacy laws, and configures click through responses to be added to the central database.

Software

2010 will see us release a suite of integrated software solutions for the Microsoft Windows operating system. These software packages are the same packages that we run in-house to fulfilll the requirements of our bureau, so you can be confident that they work and provide a complete solution.

Each module will be able to be purchased individually, allowing you to configure the solution to your exact requirements and expertise, and you only need to purchase the modules for the number of users that you want to run the option.
